What is a credit?

A credit is the unit you buy, and right now one credit is one post: a generated image plus its full caption bundle (headline, short and long caption, call-to-action and hashtags). Retrying the same upload with a different preset spends another credit. Plans are priced in credits rather than posts so that a future feature can cost a different number of credits without every plan being repriced — and if that rate ever changes, it will say so on this page before it applies.

When can I cancel my subscription?

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can upgrade to a bigger plan at any moment and the new allowance applies right away, or buy a one-off credit pack from your billing page. Each billing cycle adds your plan's allowance on top of whatever you have left — unused credits carry over and don't expire while your account is in good standing.

How is billing and tax handled?

Checkout runs through a Merchant of Record, which handles payment security, invoices, VAT and sales tax globally. Prices on this page exclude tax. Any VAT or sales tax due for your country is worked out and added at checkout, so you always see the exact total before you pay — nothing is charged that you have not seen. If you are a business in the EU with a valid VAT number, enter it at checkout and no VAT is added (reverse charge).
