Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Using startposting means agreeing to use it fairly and legally. This policy explains what's not allowed, and is referenced by our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to content removal, suspension, or account termination.
You may not use startposting to:
Upload content you don't have the rights to. Only upload product photos you own or are licensed to use. Don't upload photos containing other people without their permission.
Infringe intellectual property. Don't generate content that copies someone else's trademark, logo, copyrighted work, or brand identity in a way you're not entitled to, and don't pass off others' brands as your own.
Deceive or mislead. No fake claims, counterfeit-goods marketing, misleading "before/after" implications, fake endorsements, or presenting stylised AI visuals in a way designed to trick buyers.
Create prohibited content. No illegal content; no sexual, exploitative, or NSFW material; no content depicting or sexualising minors (zero tolerance); no hateful, harassing, or violent content; no promotion of illegal goods (weapons, drugs) where prohibited.
Misuse people's likeness. Don't generate images that impersonate a real, identifiable person or use their likeness without consent.
Abuse the system. Don't try to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or paywalls; don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service; don't run automated bulk activity beyond what your plan permits; don't share one account to serve many unrelated businesses in ways your plan doesn't allow.
Harm the Service or others. No malware, no attempts to breach security, no interfering with other users' access.
Enforcement
We may review content for policy violations and may remove content, refuse generations, suspend, or terminate accounts that break this policy — with or without notice, depending on severity. Child-safety violations are reported as required by law.
